Pentas - Shipping Amount Not Shown in template

Hi,

We have noticed that in the cart the shipping price is not shown and is not added to the total. On switching to another template the shipping is there and it calculated in the total.

Please see attached of same page with the two different templates. As you can see the Pentas removes shipping and does not show it in the calculation.
